How to Create a Contact Form

Step 1: Create a new Google Form

The first step is to create a new Google Form. You can do this by navigating to your Google Drive account, clicking on the "New" button, and selecting "Google Forms" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Add form fields

Once you have created the new Google Form, you will need to add the form fields that you want to include in your contact form. You can add fields such as "Name," "Email," "Message," and any other relevant fields.

Step 3: Customize the form

After adding form fields, you can customize your form by changing the colors, fonts, and background image to match your website's branding. To do this, click on the "Themes" button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Step 4: Publish the form

Next, you will need to publish the form so that you can embed it on your Teyuto website. To do this, click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the page, and select the "Embed" option.

Step 5: Copy the HTML code

After selecting the "Embed" option, you will see a window containing the HTML code for your form. Copy this code to your clipboard.

Step 6: Create a new page in Teyuto

The next step is to create a new page in your Teyuto platform where you want to display your contact form. You can do this by navigating to the "Pages" section in the Teyuto dashboard and clicking on the "Add New" button.

Step 7: Paste the HTML code

Once you have created the new page, you will need to paste the HTML code for your Google Form. You can do this by using the HTML editor in Teyuto and pasting the code into the editor.

Step 8: Save and publish the page

After pasting the HTML code, click on the "Save" button to save the changes to your page. Then, click on the "Publish" button to make the page live on your website.

That's it! Now your Teyuto website visitors can submit their contact information using the Google Form embedded in your contact page. The form responses will be stored in your Google Drive account and can be accessed from the "Responses" tab in your Google Form.
