Upload a Video

Alright, it's time to upload your video!

With Teyuto, you can upload a usual video (Video-on-Demand or VoD format), a live streaming video, or a quiz video. Learn more about these formats in our guide here.

  • Click on the “Videos” option

Irrespective of the screen in which you are, click on the “Videos” option in the left menu bar (highlighted below).

  • Click on the “New video” button

Typically, you should have the video upload menu right in front of you. If it’s not there, click on the “New video” button on the top-left corner of the Video screen.

  • Choose your video type

Now, choose the type of video you want to add. If you wish to stream live, follow our live-streaming guide here.

With Teyuto, you can also bulk import your videos if they’re available online. To do so, use the “Import” button on the top-right corner of your Video screen (highlighted below).

The import button enables you to import your library either via Vimeo (using a Vimeo Access Token) or a spreadsheet (.csv, .xlsx, or .xls) having the desired details. To know how to migrate your video content, read our content migration guide here.

Continue with the next step for a usual video upload.

  • Click on the “Upload” button

  • Upload your video

A video upload box will appear below. You can drag and drop your video(s) directly from your system or choose it manually by pressing the Choose Files button.

Open your target folder, choose your desired file, and press “Open”.

Note: You can upload multiple videos simultaneously using this approach. So, it’s preferred to have all your videos in a single folder for a seamless upload experience.

  • Video Uploads

You can see the video upload status in the progress bar.

Once the upload is complete, you can click on the “Edit” button to customize it further. Here’s our video editing guide to help you through the process.

  • Access your uploaded video

Voila! You’ve successfully uploaded your video. You can access it anytime later in your videos section.

Once you have a large content library, you can also toggle between formats using the toggle button above.

Similarly, you can look up a video using the video search bar, filter videos based on their respective collection, or sort videos based on their ID, upload date, or data.
