Guide to Configuring Brevo SMTP on Teyuto

- Log in to your Brevo dashboard.
- In the Brevo dashboard, go to "Senders & Domains" > "Domains".
- Click on "Add a New Domain".
- Follow the steps to verify your domain ownership. This usually involves adding DNS records.
- In the Brevo dashboard, navigate to "SMTP & API" > "SMTP".
- Click on "Create a new SMTP key".
- Give your SMTP key a name (e.g., "Teyuto Integration").
- Copy and securely store the generated SMTP key.
Note down the following Brevo SMTP server details:
- SMTP Server: smtp-relay.brevo.com
- Port: 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
- Login: Your Brevo account email
- Password: The SMTP key you just created
- Log in to your Teyuto admin panel.
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Custom SMTP".
- Look for the SMTP configuration section.
- Enter the following details:
- SMTP Host: smtp-relay.brevo.com
- SMTP Port: 587 (or 465 if you prefer SSL)
- SMTP Username: Your Brevo account email
- SMTP Password: Your Brevo SMTP key
- Encryption: tls (or ssl if using port 465)
- Save the settings.
- In the Teyuto admin panel, look for an option to send a test email.
- Send a test email to verify that the SMTP configuration is working correctly.
- In Teyuto, update your sender email address to match the domain you verified in Brevo.
- This ensures better deliverability and reduces the chance of emails being marked as spam.
- If emails are not being sent, double-check all SMTP settings in Teyuto.
- Ensure your Brevo account is in good standing and has available email credits.
- Check Brevo's sending logs to see if there are any errors on their end.
Remember to comply with email regulations and best practices when sending emails through your platform.
